With your medication, you can try any natural way to control your blood pressure.  Quitting smoking and reducing salt intake in the diet play a big role in controlling blood pressure.

  3. Celery

Incorporating celery in your diet or drinking it after boiling celery in water helps in reducing high blood pressure.  Thymol is found in celery grains which works to prevent calcium from freezing in the blood vessels.  This does not irritate the vessel, which helps reduce high blood pressure.

  4. Lavender

This is a very good natural remedy to reduce high blood pressure due to the cold lavender effect.  It reduces restlessness and relaxes narrowed arteries, relieving people struggling with hypertension.  It is beneficial to take lavender tea every night before going to bed.  Massage with lavender oil can also be effective in relieving stress.
