Download Candidates can apply on 5-08-2021 from 12:00 noon to 31-09-2071 in the morning.  During 11-00 hours, one has to download and get the admission letter, call letter and instructions for the candidates from the website https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in.

 Instructions for candidates can also be obtained from the Mandal's website https://gsssb.gujarat.gov.in/.  .  Admission - Candidates have to go to the first computer to download to get the attendance form (call letter) “On Line”;  First go to https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in web site.  .  Now click on “Call Letter”.  Then by clicking on select job, selecting advertisement number 12/20120, typing “Confirmation Number” and “Birth date” and clicking on ok, you will have to get the print of your call letter in a separate window.  While it is mandatory to download the print of the instructions for the candidates. 

 Note: (1) Before printing the Call Letter from Ojas website, it is necessary to set up an A4 size setup in the printer attached to the computer. 

 (2) The candidate has to type in the confirmation number and the Birth Date indicated in the application after confirming the online application at that time in the website to get the admission card.  Only then the admission form - attendance form will be downloaded.  Which is the responsibility of the candidate.
