 ગુજરાતમાં સૌનો સાથ સૌનો વિકાસની ભાવના અંતર્ગત લોકકલ્યાણકારી યોજના અમલમાં મુકવાના શુૂભ આશયથી રાજ્ય સરકાર દ્વારા  મફત પ્લોટ આપવાની નીતિમાં સુધારો કરીને ૧લી મે-૨૦૧૭ના ગુજરાતના સ્થાપના દિન નિમિત્તે નવી નીતિ અમલમાં મૂકવામાં આવી છે. ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં વસવાટ કરતાં પ્લોટ અથવા ઘર વિહોણા લાભાર્થીઓને વિના મૂલ્યે ૧૦૦ ચો.વારનો ઘરથાળનો પ્લોટ ઉપલબ્ધ કરાવવાની રાજ્ય સરકારની નેમ છે.

ગુજરાત ગ્રામ્‍ય વિસ્‍તારમાં ગરીબીરેખા નીચે જીવન જીવતાં જમીન વિહોણા ખેત-મજૂરો તથા ગ્રામ્‍ય કારીગરો માટે રાજય સરકારની ઘરથાળના મફત પ્‍લોટની યોજના સને ૧૯૭૨ થી અમલમાં છે. સને ૧૯૭૬ માં આવા ફાળવેલ પ્‍લોટો ૫ર મકાન બાંધવા માટેની સહાય યોજના અમલમાં આવી. ''મફત પ્‍લોટ મફત ઘર'' એ સૂત્રને સાકાર કરતી સરદાર ૫ટેલ આવાસ યોજના વર્ષ ૧૯૯૭ થી અમલમાં આવી

• Certificate Of Annual Income Of The Applicant
• Applicant should not have any type of land. This will also include your house.
• Applicant should be rural artisan or laborer.
• The beneficiary should be of Pukhtvay. That is, the applicant should not be a Sagir.
• The applicant should be included in BPL Yadi.
• Certificate of annual income should be given by mamlatdar or taluka development officer.
• Applicant should not have any type of land. This will also include your house.

Under the Housing Scheme of the Center, qualifying for housing assistance. Must have been living in the village for at least one year. In this particular case, the beneficiaries having eligibility conditions are not allowed to obstruct the 100-square meter limit and there is a limit of 10 lakh per gram panchayat for private land acquisition. લાભ કોને મળે

૧) જેઓ પ્લોટ વિહોણા હોય 

(૨) જેઓ સામાજિક –આર્થિક અને જાતી આધારીત વસ્તી ગણતરી -૨૦૧૧ ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં પાત્રતા ધરાવતા કુટંબમાં આવતા હોય અથવા રાજ્ય કે કેન્દ્ર   સરકારની  હાઉસિંગ મકાન સહાય માટે લાયકાત ધરાવતા હોય 

(૩) જેઓ પુખ્ત વયના હોવા જોઇએ.

(૪) પતિ અથવા પત્નિ ના નામે રાજ્યમાં ક્યાંય પ્લોટ કે મકાન ન હોવા જોઇએ.

  (૫) જેઓ એ ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તારમાં  છેલ્લા એક વર્ષથી વસવાટ કરતા હોવા જોઇએ

  (૬) જેના નામે ખેતીની જમીન ન હોવી જોઇએ અથવા સંયુક્ત નામે હોય અને વડવાના નામે જમીન હોય અને તે જમીનમાં અરજદારના કિસ્સામાં  પિયતવાળી જમીનના કિસ્સામાં અડધા હેક્ટરથી વધારે ન હોય અને બિન પિયતવાળી જમીનના કિસામાં એક હેક્ટરથી વધારે ન હોવી જોઇએ.
